We are currently recruiting for an experienced Cluster Site Manager to oversee multiple education sites in London. This is an immediate start, long-term opportunity with strong potential to go temp-to-perm. This is a key role responsible for the day-to-day operational management of school sites, ensuring buildings, facilities and services are maintained to a high standard, supporting a safe and effective learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee site operations across multiple school locations
  • Manage premises, facilities, maintenance and compliance
  • Lead and support site staff and caretaking teams
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations
  • Coordinate contractors, repairs and planned maintenance
  • Manage site security, cleaning and building upkeep
  • Support with risk assessments, audits and statutory checks
  • Work closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Experience as a Site Manager / Facilities Manager / Premises Manager
  • Experience managing multiple sites or large education settings
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and compliance (COSHH, risk assessments, etc.)
  • Ability to manage contractors and site teams effectively
  • Good organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Confident communicator with a proactive approach

Desirable

  • Experience working within schools, colleges or education settings
  • IOSH / NEBOSH or relevant Health & Safety qualification
  • Experience with budget management or project coordination
