What You\’ll Do

• Deliver and assess engaging, hands‑on programmes across various construction trades and education levels
• Guide, mentor and support learners to reach their potential
• Play a key role in curriculum planning, quality assurance, and course leadership
• Work collaboratively with a passionate and supportive team to deliver outstanding outcomes

What You\’ll Bring

• A solid background in Bricklaying, Carpentry, and Painting & Decorating
• Industry‑recognised Level 3 qualification in a relevant construction trade
• A teaching qualification (or a willingness to gain one) and strong English & Maths at Level 2
• A track record of success in vocational training, assessment, or apprenticeship delivery
• Confidence in managing your time, meeting deadlines, and using digital tools effectively
• A genuine passion for education and a drive to support every learner\’s success
