Accuflex has a great opportunity for a talented and motivated Solicitor (NQ up to 5 years PQE) with experience in Agricultural Property to join our client, a respected regional law firm, in Cumbria. This role offers high-quality rural property work within a supportive, non-target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales, purchases and remortgages of agricultural property.
  • Farm business tenancies and grazing agreements.
  • Title investigations and reporting.
  • Liaising with land agents, lenders and rural clients.
  • Managing legal and regulatory compliance.

Required Experience:

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales).
  • Experience in agricultural or rural property transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant matters.
  • Excellent client relationship skills.
