Accuflex has a great opportunity for a senior Property Solicitor (minimum 5 years PQE) to join our client, a long-established regional law firm, in Cumbria.
Key Responsibilities
- Department Leadership: Manage and develop a multi-disciplinary property team.
- Transactional Work: Advise on residential, commercial and agricultural property transactions.
- Landlord & Tenant: Handle leases, licences, easements and overage agreements.
- Strategic Input: Contribute to departmental growth and wider firm strategy.
- Compliance: Maintain high standards of regulatory and risk management oversight.
Required Experience
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years PQE.
- Strong background in property transactions.
- Supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Experience across commercial and/or agricultural property advantageous.
Location: Cumbria (hybrid considered)
