Accuflex has a great opportunity for a senior Property Solicitor (minimum 5 years PQE) to join our client, a long-established regional law firm, in Cumbria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Department Leadership: Manage and develop a multi-disciplinary property team.
  • Transactional Work: Advise on residential, commercial and agricultural property transactions.
  • Landlord & Tenant: Handle leases, licences, easements and overage agreements.
  • Strategic Input: Contribute to departmental growth and wider firm strategy.
  • Compliance: Maintain high standards of regulatory and risk management oversight.

Required Experience

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years PQE.
  • Strong background in property transactions.
  • Supervisory or management experience preferred.
  • Experience across commercial and/or agricultural property advantageous.

Location: Cumbria (hybrid considered)
