Litigation and Disputes (Solicitor or Barrister)

The firm has fantastic leadership and handles some of the most complex and high-profile litigation and disputes in the UK.

This 6–12 month maternity cover contract is ideal for a solicitor or barrister with a robust litigation background.

The Role

You will play a pivotal role within the defence team, providing critical project and case management on high stakes matters.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing priorities across multiple high-value disputes.
• Overseeing disclosure and document review processes.
• Drafting and reviewing correspondence, including responses to opposing parties, in collaboration with the legal team and barristers.
• Leading interactions with clients, ensuring smooth communication and project flow.
• Supervising paralegals and supporting the wider team in delivering excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister.
• Commercial litigation experience is a must, ideally at High Court level.
• Super organised and responsive.
• Proven case management skills , including correspondence management, disclosure, and supervising support teams.
• A self-starter with strong analytical and drafting skills, capable of identifying issues and taking initiative.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-pressure environment.
