Accuflex has a great opportunity for a talented and motivated Solicitor (NQ up to 5 years PQE) with experience in Commercial Property to join our client, a long-established regional law firm, in Cumbria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial sales and acquisitions.
- Landlord and tenant matters (leases, renewals, surrenders).
- Commercial refinancing.
- Acting for developer clients on plot sales.
- Providing risk-based legal advice to business clients.
Required Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales).
- Experience in commercial property transactions.
- Strong understanding of landlord and tenant law.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
