Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the in-house legal team on a broad range of banking transactional matters , including loan agreements, structured finance, and corporate lending .
• Assisting with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating financial contracts and related documentation.
• Providing legal analysis and advice on regulatory considerations impacting transactions.
• Engaging with internal stakeholders, business teams, and external counsel to facilitate smooth deal execution.
• Supporting risk management, compliance, and governance initiatives related to financial services transactions.

Who Should Apply?

This role is ideal for a qualified lawyer with:
Experience in banking, financial services, or corporate transactions (in-house or private practice).
Strong drafting and negotiation skills with an ability to work in a commercial environment.
