Contract Opportunity – Disputes Lawyer (Debt Recovery) | Accuflex | Remote/Hybrid

Accuflex is working with a specialist law firm seeking an experienced Disputes Lawyer with a strong track record in debt recovery and enforcement .

This is a great opportunity to join on a contract basis , supporting clients across a range of commercial recovery matters.

Key experience required:

• Handling debt recovery claims from pre-action to enforcement
• Drafting correspondence, claims, settlement terms, and enforcement applications
• Advising clients on recovery strategy and legal risks
• Familiarity with county court and high court enforcement processes

Role Details:

Start: Immediate

Contract: Flexible (part-time or full-time considered)

Location: Remote (UK-based)

Day rate: Commensurate with experience
