Accuflex is seeking a Paralegal to support a London-based private equity investment management firm on a short-term project (4–6 weeks). You will work closely with the General Counsel to prepare, coordinate and execute legal documentation.
The ideal candidate has prior exposure to private funds, fund structures and limited partnership agreements, strong organisational skills and the discretion to handle confidential information.
