Accuflex Opportunity – Commercial Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) | Global F1 Brand
Accuflex has an exciting opportunity for a talented and commercially minded Solicitor (NQ up to 3 years PQE) to join our client, a globally recognised F1 brand, on an interim basis.
This role offers hands‑on exposure to a wide range of commercial contracts, with a particular focus on technology, SaaS, and digital agreements, within a fast‑paced and innovative in‑house legal team.
Key Responsibilities Commercial Contracts & Technology Agreements
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, software licensing, IT services, data sharing, and supplier contracts.
Business Partnering
Work closely with internal stakeholders across commercial, technology, marketing, and operations teams to support day‑to‑day legal needs and strategic initiatives.
Contract Negotiation
Lead negotiations with external counterparties, ensuring commercially pragmatic and risk‑balanced outcomes.
Data Protection & IP Considerations
Advise on key issues relating to data protection, confidentiality, and intellectual property within commercial agreements.
Identify and clearly communicate legal and commercial risks, providing practical, solutions‑focused advice.
Process Improvement
Support the development and improvement of contract templates, playbooks, and internal legal processes.
Regulatory Awareness
Keep up to date with relevant legal and regulatory developments impacting commercial and technology contracts.
Required Experience
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with NQ to 3 years PQE
- Experience in commercial contracts, ideally including technology and/or SaaS agreements
- Background in private practice or in‑house
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills with a commercial mindset
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- London (Fully Remote – occasional travel)
- Full‑time
- Start: ASAP / Early April
- Initial 3‑month contract (with potential extension)
