Accuflex has a great opportunity for a talented and motivated Solicitor (NQ up to 5 years PQE) with experience in Agricultural Property to join our client, a respected regional law firm, in Cumbria. This role offers high-quality rural property work within a supportive, non-target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales, purchases and remortgages of agricultural property.
- Farm business tenancies and grazing agreements.
- Title investigations and reporting.
- Liaising with land agents, lenders and rural clients.
- Managing legal and regulatory compliance.
Required Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales).
- Experience in agricultural or rural property transactions.
- Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant matters.
- Excellent client relationship skills.
