Join to apply for the Transformation Analyst role at Accurx. Healthcare systems are struggling; our solution is communication. We have a bold vision: everyone involved in a patient’s care — including the patient — should be able to communicate easily with each other. As a Transformation Analyst, your role will be mission‑critical and you will be central to shaping the core communication infrastructure of the NHS. You’ll directly enable faster, safer, and more accessible patient care by supporting the delivery of pilots and transformation projects across the NHS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pilot delivery and support — leading small to medium scale pilots, tracking project progress, risks, and outcomes and analysing this to provide insights for wider rollout.
  • Training and enablement — delivering introductory product training sessions to small groups of NHS users and developing user‑friendly training resources (guides, FAQs, walkthroughs).
  • Stakeholder management & support — building strong working relationships with service‑level stakeholders and acting as a trusted point of contact for day‑to‑day questions, encouraging adoption of Accurx products and collaboration across the NHS.

Qualifications

  • Some experience, such as internships, graduate roles, placements, or volunteering, in project delivery, consulting, healthcare, or another professional environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to tailor style for different audiences.
  • An interest in healthcare and the NHS, with curiosity to learn how services work and how digital tools can drive change.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable learning new tools quickly (e.g. Salesforce, Power BI).
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work as part of a team, contribute ideas, and learn from others.

What We Can Offer

  • £32,000‑£45,000 salary + share options
  • Access to Happl – a flexible benefits provider with a £600 budget for perks of your choice.
  • Flexible working: office‑first culture, with at least 3 days a week in the office.
  • Enhanced parental leave policy.
  • In‑house chef providing free healthy breakfasts, snacks, and lunches.
  • And much more.
