As a Talent Lead, your role will be mission critical and you will be central to shaping the core communication infrastructure of the NHS, enabling faster, safer, and more accessible patient care.

The Unique Challenges You\'ll Solve
This isn\'t just about filling roles and managing a team. You\'ll be working on:
- Optimising hiring practices: balance rigorous assessment with efficiency, speed, and candidate experience. Experience recruiting into C# or Java is desirable.
- Roadmap planning: Own the hiring roadmap for Tech, attracting and hiring exceptional talent in line with strategic priorities and long-term goals.
- Strong Employee Value Proposition and Employer Brand: articulate our vision, development opportunities, and benefits to attract and retain talent.
- Team management: lead a high-performing Talent team with accountability, innovation, and excellence across all levels.
- Raise the bar: hire candidates who are ‘bar raisers’ and encourage hiring managers to do the same.
- Talent planning: forecast talent needs and proactively build diverse pipelines.
- Project Leadership: continuously evolve our approach, including employer brand and recruitment processes, with psychometric testing where relevant.
- Be creative: champion experimentation and continuous improvement in Talent impact.
- Strategic business partnering: advise senior leadership and align talent strategies with business objectives.
