Accurx is solving healthcare productivity for the NHS. For decades, the NHS has struggled with fragmented systems that make simple tasks feel impossible. At Accurx, we’re changing that by building a single, system-wide platform that helps every patient get gold-standard, efficient, and joined-up care. What started as a way for GPs to text a patient has now evolved into an all-in-one digital toolkit used by 98% of GP practices.
Our platform now powers Total Triage to manage patient demand, and Self-Book, which lets patients schedule their own appointments in seconds. We’ve automated routine care with Patient Questionnaires for long-term conditions, while Accumail finally allows staff-to-staff communication to happen instantly across different care settings. We’re now pushing the boundaries of the consultation itself with Accurx Scribe, our AI-powered note-taker that drafts medical notes in real-time.
We’re not just shipping features. We’re giving clinicians their time back and ensuring every patient journey is as smooth as it should be.
Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to work onsite in our Shoreditch office full time, Monday - Friday.
The challenges you’ll solve as our Workplace Coordinator:
- Managing daily operations: Taking charge of reception duties, building opening checks, deliveries, post, and maintaining meeting rooms to keep the office highly organised.
- Creating memorable events: Planning and delivering company celebrations and cultural events, including sourcing suppliers, managing budgets, and documenting contingency plans.
- Championing the visitor experience: Acting as the first point of contact by warmly greeting visitors, managing security passes, and ensuring an exceptional front-of-house experience.
- Overseeing facilities and maintenance: Managing stock, refreshments, and essential maintenance while handling relationships with landlords, contractors, and suppliers.
- Improving and automating processes: Spotting opportunities to replace manual workflows with automated solutions for tasks like issue reporting, capacity tracking, and event workflows.
- Supporting the wider team: Working seamlessly across the workplace function to cover responsibilities, step in during absences, and collaborate with key stakeholders like IT, People, Finance, and the kitchen team.
You should apply if...
- You have proven experience in a customer-facing role - either in workplace, front of house, hospitality or general customer service - with a natural ability to provide a welcoming experience.
- You possess meticulous attention to detail, consistently documenting your work and leaving no stone unturned.
- You are a self-starter who proactively spots and fixes problems without needing to be prompted.
- You have the ability to manage facilities work, general maintenance, and hold external contractors and suppliers accountable.
- You are tech-savvy, able to quickly learn new software and computer systems without extensive training.
- You naturally align with our core principles: you are relentlessly resourceful, enjoy succeeding together, and you prefer to be a driver, not a passenger.
What’s in it for me?

- £32,000 - £36,000 salary + share options up to £7,500
