Our platform now powers Total Triage to manage patient demand, and Self-Book that lets patients schedule their own appointments in seconds. We’ve automated routine care with Patient Questionnaires for long-term conditions, while Accumail finally allows staff-to-staff communication to happen instantly across different care settings. We’re now pushing the boundaries of the consultation itself with Accurx Scribe, our AI-powered note-taker that drafts medical notes in real-time.
The challenges you’ll solve as an Implementation Analyst:
- Running training sessions for our users on Accurx products: this could be online or in person in NHS settings across the UK, covering between 30-300 people per session.
- Demo-ing the full functionality of Accurx products: our products are updated regularly, so ensuring you’re fully up to speed on what’s new and what’s coming for our users is essential.
- Designing, building and testing new training content: you’ll get to deliver content how you want to and try new things.
- Using data, automation & AI to improve: we’re working on becoming truly AI native in 2026 and beyond, and we’re looking to adopt new practices to bring in automation and AI to make the lives of us and our end users even easier.
