Your role will be mission-critical and you will be central to shaping the core communication infrastructure of the NHS. You’ll directly enable faster, safer, and more accessible patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Implementing our AI Scribe across GP practices, hospitals, and other care settings, and ensuring every patient leaves an appointment with a clearly documented summary.
  • Translating our expertise from implementing total triage in GP practices to improve how hospital specialist services deliver care.
  • Powering communication for Integrated Neighbourhood Teams, a new type of service bringing together staff from different organisations that is pivotal to the government’s 10-year plan.
  • Leading high-stakes bid responses for multi-million value national, trust-wide, and ICB-level bids.
  • Shaping strategic pursuit management strategies that maximise influence and win probability.
  • Owning our response to key strategic procurement frameworks and identifying new opportunities to support long-term growth.
What We're Looking For
  • Extensive Tender Experience: Proven track record of responding to complex, high-value tenders, often concurrently.
  • Strategic Pursuit Management: Ability to coordinate large, cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality responses to strict deadlines.
  • Excellent Bid Writing: Exceptional writing skills with an intense focus on exceeding requirements and creating compelling win strategies.
  • Process Excellence: A “completer-finisher” mindset with a focus on robust bid qualification and continuous improvement of the bid function.
  • Analytical Reporting: Capability to establish processes for reporting key bid activities and metrics to improve business-wide visibility.
  • Healthcare & SaaS Knowledge (Bonus): Knowledge of public procurement (Procurement Act, Social Value Model), SaaS offerings, or direct health system experience.
