Our platform powers Total Triage, Self-Book, Patient Questionnaires, Accumail, and AI-powered Accurx Scribe, enabling seamless clinical workflow integration across NHS Trusts.
Responsibilities
- Build the foundation for account management in Secondary Care, turning recent large-scale tender wins into successful, long-term partnerships.
- Lead the implementation of Accurx Scribe, helping clinical teams navigate the transition to AI-assisted documentation and ensuring they see immediate value.
- Act as the primary contact for C‑Suite stakeholders (CCIOs, CDIOs, CNIOs) to align our platform with their strategic trust‑wide goals.
- Proactively identify risks of churn and execute bespoke work programmes to drive recurring usage and successful contract renewals.
- Translate the voice of the customer back to our internal Product and Transformation teams to overcome challenges and mitigate risks.
- Identify opportunities for expansion within accounts and lead commercial negotiations through to closing.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in Account Management or Customer Success, with deep understanding of churn, retention, and renewal cycles.
- Comfortable working in fast‑moving environments and experienced managing enterprise‑level stakeholders.
- Highly empathetic, strong communicator, able to translate complex technical ideas into simple, actionable plans for customers.
- Initiative‑driven, works with urgency, and willing to “ask for permission later” to ensure customer success.
- Excited by the potential of AI in healthcare, with curiosity to learn and lead others in adopting new technologies.
