At Accurx, we have a bold vision: everyone involved in a patient’s care—including the patient—should be able to communicate easily with each other. We believe every NHS staff member should be using our software to make that happen. Our products are used daily by over 98% of GP practices and half of NHS hospitals, impacting millions of lives. As a Community Lead, your role will be mission-critical and you will be central to shaping how users connect, learn and advocate for better communication across the NHS.

You’ll support and scale one of the most engaged clinical communities in the UK—ensuring users feel supported day to day, while turning their insights into meaningful content, programmes, and initiatives that help drive safer, faster, and more connected patient care.

Unique Challenges You’ll Solve:
  • Building a strategic and scalable community ecosystem: designing and delivering the long-term vision for our primary and secondary care communities, ensuring they are structured, sustainable and central to how the NHS learns and collaborates.
  • Turning unstructured clinical conversations into meaningful impact: creating repeatable, insight-led processes and content workflows that transform daily discussions into resources that boost product understanding, advocacy and real-world improvement.
  • Evolving platforms and programmes to support national scale: evaluating and shaping the digital infrastructure, ambassador programme and community operations required for Accurx to grow its community across new care settings and user groups.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Community strategy experience within SaaS, tech or healthcare, ideally with primary or secondary care users.
  • Strong user insight capabilities, able to understand clinical behaviours and translate them into clear community priorities.
  • Programme design and scaling, with experience building ambassador programmes, engagement frameworks or structured insight workflows.
  • Exceptional content and communication skills to turn unstructured peer conversations into learning-focused, user-led content.
  • Data-driven decision making, using analytics and feedback to assess community health, identify trends and refine strategy.
  • Cross-functional collaboration, partnering with Product, User Research, Product Marketing and Events to drive shared outcomes.
  • Adaptability and a growth mindset – comfortable guiding users through platform evolution, new care settings, and organisational change.
Our Principles in Action:
  • Fix healthcare communication: Healthcare systems are struggling; our solution is communication - all of our efforts are centred here.
  • Raise the bar: We have built an exceptional team to solve hard challenges. We hire for expertise and new ideas, maintaining high standards, giving honest feedback, and only delivering work we’re proud of.
  • Be a driver, not a passenger: We make things happen, focus on the right problems, and bring the energy to deliver ambitious goals.
  • Succeed together: We succeed only as a team. Our mission is too important for anything less, so company success always comes first.
  • Move with urgency: We’re on a mission, and every day lost is a missed opportunity to improve lives. We work at pace and focus on our mission, our users, and our impact.
  • Be relentlessly resourceful: We embrace constraints as they force us to think differently, be creative, and focus.
  • Embrace challenge: We value constructive conflict over harmony, having tough conversations for the best outcome.
What We Can Offer:
  • £65,000 – £85,000 salary + £50,750 share options
  • Access to Happl – a flexible benefits provider with a budget of £600 to spend on perks of your choice. Options include private health insurance, wellness providers and more.
  • Flexible Working: We are an office-first culture and ask you to be in at least 3 days a week.
  • Enhanced parental leave policy
  • Free healthy breakfasts, snacks and lunches will be provided, with the occasional sweet treat.
  • And much more.
