That sounds great - what does a Clinical Lead have to do with it?

We're moving fast into AI and across many care settings, and the clinical team is the gating factor on what we can safely ship.

We need someone with deep healthcare and clinical operations experience who can bridge Accurx products with their real-world deployment in different care settings: one moment validating how a respiratory clinic can cut F2F follow-ups, the next working with ICBs on governance, rollout and clinical safety.

You don't need prior product experience but you do need product thinking - the instinct to spot the underlying problem, user needs and shape a solution that works across different care settings.

You need a real feel for the operational messiness of healthcare delivery, and a belief that communication can be radically improved.

This is a delivery-focused role.

You'll embed with product, GTM and commercial teams to keep the Accurx platform clinically safe, operationally feasible, and scalable.

We're hiring more than one Clinical Lead so if you have a GP background or secondary care experience, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll report to Satya Raghuvanshi (VP of Clinical) and work across Accurx's most important company bets.

• The challenges you'll solve as a Clinical Lead
• Shape products for every clinical setting: Bring your operational insight to product teams so we're solving the biggest healthcare productivity problems, and own the clinical content that makes the software meaningful for staff and patients.

You’ll inform design decisions, partner with user research, and work with early adopters to bring the user and patient perspective into everything we do.

• Own clinical safety end-to-end.

You'll carry clinical risk from first principles assessment at idea, to testing through to regulatory sign-off and monitoring with a sensible pragmatism that lets product ship at pace.

You’ll work with NHSE and clinical governance stakeholders positioning Accurx as a responsible partner to the NHS and helping to define best practice.

• Shape how Accurx deploys AI safely.

We're building a voice agent for patient triage, expanding Scribe into secondary care, and developing new GP-to-hospital interfaces.

You'll set the clinical guardrails and help define the clinical evaluation criteria and validation for our AI bets.

• Enable the GTM and commercial teams.

You’ll ground value propositions in acute operational reality, support early market discovery and tender responses, and contribute to case studies and clinical ROI narratives.

You’ll support commercial teams to have credible, confident conversations with NHS buyers who have hard questions.

• Champion the NHS and patients.

You’ll bring visibility to hidden friction in hospital workflows, and keep staff experience and the patient voice at the forefront of everything we make.

You’ll work across the NHS with GP practices, nurses, hospital consultants, operational leads and NHS executives representing Accurx in external conversations.

You should apply if...

• You're registered with the GMC, NMC, or equivalent in good standing.

If you're a doctor, you've completed your foundation years and have breadth of experience across multiple organisations and care-settings.

• You're genuinely AI-native.

You use AI tools as a standard part of how you work and are curious about how AI can support healthcare delivery.

You have a clear point of view on where AI creates value in healthcare, where it creates risk: benefit, and you can talk fluently about the trade-offs.

• You can translate clinical complexity into plain language: For product managers, designers, commercial teams, and NHS organisations.

You write and communicate in a way non-clinical people can actually act on.

• You think in first principles: You're comfortable navigating ambiguity and challenging assumptions to solve hard problems.

You own problems end-to-end, context-switch rapidly, and are delivery-oriented, not strategic for its own sake.

• £60,000 – £80,000 salary + £15,000 share options

Working: We are an office-first culture and ask that you're in our (dog-friendly) Shoreditch office 3 days a week.

We support 1 day/week of continued clinical practice if you want to keep your hand in.
