As a Tech Talent Partner, your role will be mission critical and you will be central to shaping the core communication infrastructure of the NHS. You’ll directly enable faster, safer, and more accessible patient care through the people that you hire into the business. We have ambitious growth plans for 2026 which means we’re looking for a Tech Talent Partner to join our team.
We’re looking for an experienced Tech Talent Partner to join our Talent team, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality hires across software engineering, data and product. You’ll bring deep expertise in proactive sourcing and strategic pipelining, partnering closely with the business to deliver both immediate hiring needs and into our wider Talent transformation roadmap. You’ll be a visible ambassador for the brand, bringing energy, ideas and momentum to the team. Start-up or scale-up experience is essential, alongside a strong background in SaaS, Tech or HealthTech environments.

- Designing and scaling hiring processes that balance rigorous assessment with efficiency, speed and an outstanding candidate experience.
- Ensuring interviews are structured, fair and consistently delivered across the business.
- Turning people data into action by analysing funnel metrics, diagnosing bottlenecks from source-to-offer, and implementing fast, evidence-based improvements.
- Running experiments and iterating continuously to improve time-to-hire, quality-of-hire and internal mobility.
- Building future talent pipelines by owning proactive search strategies, nurture campaigns, market mapping and diversity-focused sourcing initiatives.
- Leading Talent projects that elevate our employer brand and assessment capability.
- Driving an inclusive hiring process where every candidate has a positive experience regardless of outcome.
