As a Service Manager, your role will be mission critical and you will be central to shaping the core communication infrastructure of the NHS. You'll directly enable faster, safer, and more accessible patient care.
The Unique Challenges You’ll Solve

- Revolutionising the way we manage our suppliers and ensuring peak performance.
- Ensuring our Quality Management System (QMS, ISO9001) is market‐leading and ready to transition to ISO13485.
- Owning business continuity and disaster recovery process improvement for the business, ensuring Accurx is well prepared for disruptive events.

- Project Management: Leads small to medium‐sized projects, ensuring project delivery within defined scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Procurement Support Experience
- Stakeholder Management Experience
- Identifies opportunities for improvement: Consistently identifies and leads on improvements within their team or immediate area of work, having produced a robust rationale as to why and how action should be taken.
- Structured Problem Solving: Is self‐directed in demonstrating advanced skills in structured problem solving, employing systematic approaches and a range of methodologies to analyse complex operational challenges.
- Delivering at Pace: Successfully manages multiple projects, prioritising effectively and driving performance to ensure timely delivery within their team or department.
