Your role will be missionâcritical and you will be central to shaping the core communication infrastructure of the NHS. You'll directly enable faster, safer, and more accessible patient care. Specifically, you will empower our product squads to make dataâdriven decisions by measuring the success of product releases, identifying new opportunities through deepâdive analysis, and ensuring we prioritise the most valuable improvements for our users.
The Unique Challenges Youâll Solve
- Bridging Data and Product Strategy: Collaborating with product managers to set KPIs for each project and ensuring we track the impact of every change to measure success.
- Optimising the User Journey: Conducting deepâdive analyses in your product domain to understand user behaviour, uncover trends, and generate insights that help identify new opportunities.
- Driving Scientific Improvement: Working with product managers to design, implement, and analyse A/B tests to guide product improvements.
What Weâre Looking For

- Analytical Background: Experience working in a product-focused analytics function, specifically in supporting baselining and targeting metrics.
- Technical Toolkit: Proficient in database tools (SQL/PLâSQL/TâSQL) and programming languages like Python or R.
- Product Analytics Tools: Experience with platforms such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or Amplitude.
- Experimentation Skills: Handsâon experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B testing.

- ÂŁ40,000 - ÂŁ80,000 salary + share options up to ÂŁ31,500. (We have 2 levels in our salary band range. ÂŁ40,000 - ÂŁ60,000 at Product Analyst level and ÂŁ60,000 - ÂŁ80,000 at Senior Product Analyst level)
