As an Executive Assistant, your role will be mission-critical and you will be central to shaping the core communication infrastructure of the NHS. You'll directly enable faster, safer, and more accessible patient care.
The Unique Challenges You’ll Solve
This isn’t just about managing diaries and organising the inbox - this is an Executive Assistant role with a difference. You’ll be:
- A true right hand to the executive - from forward planning and project management to events and offsites, you’ll operate three steps ahead to ensure their time is protected and they are operating strategically and effectively.
- Ensuring the executive is spending time in line with their priorities and company objectives - challenging and pushing back when appropriate, able to effectively identify what should be prioritised and what can be delegated to the executive's direct reports.
- Supporting the executive with strategic projects both internally and externally of the business - including OKR setting and tracking, preparing for meetings & ensuring the executive has the required information from various stakeholders.

- Experienced Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment, ideally from a start-up/scale up where you were solely responsible for diary, inbox and travel management.
- Expert communication skills, able to communicate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- You are able to think multiple steps ahead of your executive, actioning potential next steps before they’ve even considered them.
- You’re naturally obsessed with and into the detail - if it’s a slide deck, report or formatting, you’re all over it until it’s just right.
- You are highly adaptable - a chameleon when it comes to changing priorities and plans changing, you thrive in this and do your best work here.
- If you have experience in a B2B SaaS business - even better.
