Our products are used daily by over 98% of GP practices and half of NHS hospitals, impacting millions of lives. As a Business Development Representative, your role will be missionācritical, and you will be central to shaping the core communication infrastructure of the NHS.
We are looking for two ambitious individuals to join our specialist teams, each with a distinct mission:
- General Practice (GP) Team: You will drive growth by engaging with key decisionāmakers at the practice level and across Primary Care Networks.
- Community & Mental Health (CMH) Team: You will expand our presence within Community and Mental Health trusts, engaging with everyone from service teams to trust leadership.
The Unique Challenges You'll Solve
This isnāt just about executing tasks. In either team, youāll be:
- Building and managing a robust pipeline of new business opportunities from scratch, executing targeted outreach campaigns to engage key decisionāmakers within your specific NHS market.
- Mastering the art of the solution sale, leading compelling discovery calls and product demos that clearly articulate how our technology solves realāworld problems for healthcare staff and patients.
- Driving the full sales cycle with pace and precision, from qualifying leads and prioritising highāpotential opportunities to supporting negotiations and closing deals that expand our impact.
