As a Business Development Manager , your role will be mission-critical and you will be central to shaping the core communication infrastructure of the NHS. You\’ll directly enable faster, safer, and more accessible patient care by growing partnerships with Acute Trusts and expanding our reach across the NHS.

Driving our expansion into the complex acute care market , identifying high-potential NHS Trusts and building a robust sales pipeline from the ground up.
Building strategic partnerships with key decision-makers within NHS Trusts, moving beyond transactional sales to become a trusted advisor on healthcare transformation.
Connecting the pressing challenges of acute services to our innovative solutions , running impactful pilots and projects. Our AI-powered Scribe will demonstrate real-world impact in clinical settings, providing tangible evidence of how we improve patient care and efficiency.
What We\’re Looking ForWe need a Business Development Manager who embodies our Principles and thrives on significant challenges. We\’re seeking the core skills below, coupled with a mindset ready for real impact.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, with a track record of building meaningful relationships with accounts.
A deep understanding of the NHS and experience working with Acute Trusts is highly desirable.
A bias for action, initiative, and the drive to manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing.
Tenacity and resilience, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and overcome objections with evidence-based insights.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to balance a data-driven approach with scale and automation.

£50,000 – £70,000 salary + share options
