You'll rotate through each area, gaining practical knowledge and strategic insight tailored to our unique business needs. Upon completing the two-year graduate programme, you will have gained unparalleled experience across all our business operations. Key highlights:
- Spend four months in each department, working on key projects with experienced colleagues and contributing to team success.
- Shadow field teams to understand day-to-day challenges, including resource allocation and maintaining high service standards.

Department Rotations Include:
- Cleaning: Learn about maintaining high standards of cleanliness, managing cleaning schedules, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Work on projects to improve efficiency and sustainability in cleaning operations.
- Grounds Maintenance: Understand seasonal planning, health and safety checks, and client-specific service requirements. Lead a sustainability project to reduce the environmental impact of operations.
- Finance: Gain insight into budgets, payroll, and cost management. Assist with preparing financial reports, analysing cost efficiencies, and recommending solutions to financial challenges.
- Sales: Get exposure to client interactions and strategies for winning new business. Support tender preparations, attend client meetings, conduct competitor analysis, and present a proposal for expanding into new markets or services.
- Operations: Delve into workforce scheduling, resource allocation, and performance metrics. Shadow operational managers, understand leadership challenges, and lead a project to optimise route planning for field teams.
- People Management and Employee Engagement: Support recruitment and onboarding processes, manage employee relations issues, and develop initiatives to enhance workplace well-being. Gain insight into attracting and retaining talent and fostering a positive workplace culture.

You will be required to travel between various contracts sites in Watford, Luton and Chelmsford, therefore a personal vehicle and valid driving licence are essential. Mileage expenses will be reimbursed. Please note that the successful candidate must undergo an enhanced DBS check prior to their start date.
