About Us

Accuris was formed in May 2023 through the combination of S&P Engineering Solutions (formerly part of IHS Markit) and Techstreet, bringing together over six decades of leadership in engineering standards, technical content, and workflow technology. Accuris transforms the world's largest repository of standards and supply chain data into AI-driven insights and connected workflows - enabling engineers to work smarter, stay compliant, and innovate faster.

About the Role

Accuris is seeking a commercially minded and highly capable Head of Marketing, EMEA to lead our regional marketing strategy and execution. Based in the UK and reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer at our Denver, Colorado headquarters, this person will serve as the senior marketing leader for EMEA and will be accountable for building Accuris's presence, reputation and pipeline across the region, working closely with EMEA sales leadership and the global marketing team. This is both a strategic and hands-on role. The successful candidate will translate Accuris's global priorities into an effective regional marketing plan - and then actively drive the campaigns, programmes, events and content required to deliver it. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial judgement with executional discipline, understands how to build demand for complex B2B technology, aligns closely with sales and adapts global programmes to the needs of different EMEA markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead an integrated EMEA marketing strategy aligned with regional revenue goals and Accuris's global priorities, identifying the industries, markets and accounts with the greatest growth potential and managing the regional marketing budget for maximum commercial impact.
  • Build and execute integrated campaigns across digital, content, email, events, webinars, account-based marketing and partner channels to generate measurable pipeline and support customer acquisition, expansion, cross-selling and retention.
  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to EMEA sales leadership, establishing shared priorities, target accounts and pipeline goals, and partnering with sales development teams to improve lead follow-up and conversion.
  • Increase Accuris's presence and reputation across EMEA through regionally relevant customer stories, thought leadership, executive programmes, media and analyst engagement, and leadership of key conferences, trade shows, customer events and partner activities.
  • Collaborate with the Denver-based global marketing organisation - demand generation, product marketing, communications, digital and creative - to deliver coordinated programmes, and select and manage regional agencies and external partners where appropriate.
  • Establish clear goals and reporting for regional marketing investment, pipeline contribution and programme effectiveness, using data and AI tools to improve the speed, quality, personalization and performance of campaigns, content and market research.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Significant B2B marketing experience, including leadership of regional or multi-country marketing programmes for enterprise software, data, information services or other complex technology solutions.
  • A track record of building integrated marketing plans that generate measurable pipeline and revenue impact, in close partnership with enterprise sales organisations.
  • Experience across demand generation, field marketing, account-based marketing, events, content and digital channels, with strong commercial and analytical skills including budget and performance management.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English; additional European language skills and familiarity with engineering, manufacturing, aerospace and defence, electronics, energy or supply chain markets would be an advantage.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Commercially focused and data-informed: connects marketing activity to customer needs, pipeline and revenue, and uses evidence to set priorities and improve results.
  • Hands-on: as comfortable launching a campaign or shaping an event as presenting a regional strategy, moving fluidly between strategy and execution.
  • Collaborative and customer-led: builds trusted relationships across sales, marketing, product and leadership teams, including distributed global teams and a US-based headquarters, and seeks direct insight into regional customers and markets.
  • Adaptable and accountable: operates effectively in a growing global organization where priorities evolve, taking ownership from strategy through delivery and results.

Location: United Kingdom. This role involves regular travel across EMEA, with occasional travel to the United States.
