Client Experience Associate (Virtual Receptionist) - Scotland
Our mission is to help the world work Anywhere, and we’re excited to share a new opportunity to join our Client Experience team. The role is based in the UK and performed from a dedicated home workspace. You will support small to medium-sized businesses across a range of industries by delivering customer happiness at every interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls, respond to live chats, book appointments, and take messages for UK-based clients.
- Provide stellar service, with opportunities to support clients in the US and Canada.

Working hours and schedule:
- Position requires a minimum of 32 hours per week, including 6 hours on Fridays and Saturdays.
- Opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week based on business needs and availability.
- Self-scheduling to provide flexibility while ensuring coverage during peak times.
- Training starts on Monday, 13th October 2025; attendance for the full two weeks of training is required.
What you’ll need to Do Your Best Work:
- Internet Connection: fast and reliable wired connection (10 Mbps download / 4 Mbps upload minimum). VPNs, satellite, mobile hotspots, shared connections, and WiFi extenders are not allowed.
- Computer: Windows 11 (64-bit) or Mac (2017 or newer) running macOS Big Sur or Monterey; minimum 8 GB RAM; startup time under 3 minutes.
- Webcam: required for training sessions and meetings (mobile phone camera cannot be used).
- Two-factor authentication using a personal mobile phone may be required for secure logins.

- IT checks to confirm equipment and internet readiness before a conditional offer of employment.
