We are looking for a GEO specialist with a strong SEO background and a deep understanding of large language models (LLMs) like ChatGPT. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an SEO agency and be eager to shape the future of search in an AIādriven landscape. We are open to a flexible working offer for the right candidate.
Job Description
- You will optimise content for AIādriven search experiences, analyse performance data, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to ensure brands remain discoverable and competitive in a world increasingly influenced by generative AI.
- Transform complex search behaviour, conversational AI trends, and client objectives into effective optimisation strategies.
- Craft content strategies that are aligned with how LLMs interpret and surface information.
- Optimise web content to maximise visibility in AIāpowered search results.
- Analyse conversational AI output to identify ranking opportunities.
- Develop frameworks to measure and improve performance.
- Research LLM behaviours, retrieval patterns, and emerging trends in generative search.
- Support the sales team with client pitches and GEO strategy presentations.
- A crucial part of this role will involve thought leadership in the evolving field of generative engine optimisation. This includes writing articles, speaking at industry events, and representing the agency in discussions about the future of AIādriven search optimisation.
The contract will include a 3āmonth probation period.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience working on SEO
- Deep understanding of LLMs and AI training
- Thorough understanding of structured data and HTML
- Onāpage and offāpage SEO experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Nativeālevel fluency of English (copy writing skills will be tested)
- Extreme attention to detail
Additional Qualifications (Preferred)
- Candidates with a Marketing degree
- Ability to speak more than one Western / Northern European language
