We are seeking a 3+ PQE solicitor for a 6-month contract to support the execution of innovative trade and supply chain finance products.
What you’ll be doing:
- Structuring and executing complex trade finance and supply chain deals
- Drafting and negotiating legal documentation across jurisdictions
- Advising on legal and commercial aspects of product development in emerging markets
