About Our Client
A forward-thinking and innovative global business has asked us to identify a skilled Microsoft 365 Administrator to join their excellent applications function based in Bristol.
The Role
As their Microsoft 365 Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing our Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Viva, Office and the Copilot ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure a secure, seamless, and productive digital workspace.
Key Responsibilities for the Microsoft 365 Administrator
- Administer, configure and support the full suite of Microsoft 365 services
- Manage the migration of applications and suite add-ins in accordance with the vendor’s releases and deprecation timelines
- Implement and maintain M365 security and compliance policies
- Provide user support, training, and documentation
- Collaborate with IT peers on projects and system improvements
- Stay current with M365 updates, best practices, and roadmap developments
About You
- Proven experience in a similar Microsoft 365 Admin role
- Strong understanding of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Viva and Copilot
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration
- Good grasp of security/compliance features (MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, SC-300) are a plus
