Now Hiring: Expert Pipette Service & Calibration Engineer

Location: UK-England | Field-Based

Accucal Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Pipette Service & Calibration Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with in-depth knowledge of all major pipette brands and models, capable of delivering high-quality service, repair, and calibration in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, repair, and calibrate a wide range of pipette models across all major brands
  • Perform on-site visits at customer locations (travel expenses covered)
  • Provide a high standard of customer care and technical support
  • Work independently, with flexibility to operate from home when not on-site
  • Contribute to business development by identifying and securing new client contracts (optional)

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary of Β£34,000
  • Commission of 8% on the total value of any new client contract secured (excluding spare parts)
  • This commission continues annually if the client renews their contract with Accucal
  • Company car and full coverage of travel-related expenses
  • 23 days annual holiday (plus statutory holidays)
  • Flexible work structure with the option to work from home
  • Supportive team environment and opportunity for long-term growth

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in pipette servicing, calibration, and repair
  • Strong understanding of all pipette types and brands (manual and electronic)
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your own schedule
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
