We are looking for an Amazon Marketplace Specialist to join TeamAccu! We have ambitious growth plans to grow our B2B/industrial channel on the Amazon marketplace. You will report directly to the Marketing Director and receive significant support from the wider management team as we strive for transformational scale on Amazon. This is an execution-focused, hands‑on role where the absolute priority is the daily performance and accelerated channel growth on Amazon exclusively. You will be responsible for translating the Amazon strategy defined by the Marketing Director into flawless operational execution to deliver revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Channel Execution & Growth: Executing the agreed‑upon strategies for the Amazon channel, focusing on daily optimization and growth tasks to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Catalogue and Listing Management: Maintaining and optimizing all Amazon product listings for maximum search discoverability and conversion, including implementing continuous improvements to titles, bullet points, and search terms.
- Operational Support: Ensuring smooth execution of operational tasks, collaborating with the inventory/procurement team to manage stock levels and working within the Amazon FBA/FBM framework.
- Paid Advertising Execution: Day‑to‑day execution and monitoring of Amazon Paid Advertising (PPC) campaigns, including bid optimization, keyword harvesting, and negative keyword management, under the guidance of the Marketing Director.
- Content Delivery: Managing the upload and maintenance of high‑quality, technically accurate content (A+ pages, Brand Store, images) to ensure compliance and high customer engagement.
- Performance Reporting: Generating detailed performance reports on sales, advertising metrics (ACOS/TACOS), and traffic, providing insights to the Marketing Director.
- Platform Expertise: Proven track record of 1‑3 years in a dedicated, hands‑on role managing an Amazon Seller Central account.
- PPC Execution: Direct, hands‑on experience in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products/Brands).
- Data & Reporting: Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central reports and strong Excel skills to track performance, sales, and inventory.
- Technical Content Understanding: Experience managing listings for complex, technical, or specialized products where data accuracy is critical.
- Education: Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience in Marketing or e‑commerce.
