This specialist brokerage is Europe’s sole cyber-only player, backed by serious funding and targeting an IPO by 2028. They have the runway, market opportunity and financial backing to change an entire industry and generate life-changing levels of remuneration for those involved.

A full-cycle, sales position where you’ll build your own pipeline, develop opportunities through a consultative process, and retain clients long-term to create a compounding book of business. Success comes from consistent outbound activity, strong deal ownership, and proactive relationship management post-sale.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Generating new business through proactive outreach to senior decision-makers
  • Developing and closing opportunities via a consultative sales process
  • Managing and growing your portfolio post-sale, leading onboarding and renewals
  • Leveraging internal cyber and insurance specialists to win and retain clients
Earning Potential & Perks
  • Uncapped commission structure (ability to compound your earnings YOY with retention of all accounts - heavily renewals based industry)
  • OTE: Y1 - £100k-£110k, Y2 - £140k-£160k, Y3 - £180k-£220k
  • Top performer benchmarks: £180k (Y1), £300k (top performer)
  • Equity upside for top performers aligned to IPO trajectory
  • Regular revenue incentives (Michelin-star lunches, annual incentive trips - Ibiza in 2025)
  • Private healthcare
  • Structured onboarding with hands-on development and coaching
Who They’re Looking For

Insurance experience isn’t required — mindset is everything. You’ll likely thrive if you’re:

  • Competitive, ambitious, and resilient
  • Pride yourself on your work ethic
  • Inquisitive with a strong desire to improve
  • Hate losing, but never a sore loser
  • Comfortable with direct feedback in a high-performance environment
  • Commercially minded with interest in business, tech or global economics
  • Motivated to build something meaningful rather than just hit a number
Why Join?

You’ll enter a scaling, specialist market at the right time, with real ownership, equity potential and the chance to create long-term wealth from a portfolio you build and retain. If you’re competitive, curious, and tired of playing it safe, this could be the game-changer.
