We’re working with a fast-growth fintech transforming how businesses manage FX risk through technology and they’re looking for high-performing sales talent to join them.

This is a Series A business (recently raised $25M) operating in a huge, underserved market, already supporting 200+ clients. They’re scaling quickly with each sales desk led by proven winners from leading FX firms, creating a high-performance environment with strong mentorship and clear progression.

A full-cycle, sales position where you’ll build your own pipeline, develop opportunities through a consultative process and manage clients through to their first trade. Success comes from consistent outbound activity, strong deal ownership, and the ability to engage senior finance stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Generating new business through proactive outreach to CFOs and finance leaders
  • Developing and closing opportunities via a consultative sales process
  • Running compelling product demos and presentations that clearly articulate why treasury technology is evolving the way CFOs manage FX risk
  • Owning deals end-to-end from first touch through to first trade
  • Working closely with experienced FX professionals to win business
  • Passing prospect and customer feedback to the product and leadership teams
  • Uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential
  • Pathway to becoming a partner (with EMI share options)

Who They’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a track record of exceeding quota
  • Experience selling to finance stakeholders, CFOs, FDs, Finance Managers, or Treasurers
  • Competitive, financially ambitious and resilient
  • Pride yourself on your work ethic
  • Inquisitive with a strong desire to improve
  • Comfortable running the full sales cycle independently, from cold outreach to close
  • Commercially minded with interest in finance, markets or economics
