The Navigator Company in Leyland is recruiting Line Operatives and Multi Skilled Line Operatives to join our busy production teams on all levels of shifts. You will be part of a structured, safety‑driven environment, supporting production lines, housekeeping, and quality standards while delivering consistent output.
We offer a permanent full‑time role with a fortnightly rotational shift pattern (2 days, 2 nights, then 4 days off) and the opportunity for training and progression.
