Accrington Academy invites applications for an ARC 24 Manager to join the pastoral and behaviour team on a permanent basis. The role focuses on overseeing the ARC, supporting students to reflect on behaviour, and promoting engagement with learning.
The successful candidate will work with Heads of Year, senior leaders and SEND colleagues to improve outcomes, maintain records, and implement calm, positive strategies in a fast-paced environment. Term-time 39 weeks, 37.5 hours per week, ASAP start.
