We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Teacher of English to join our vibrant and dedicated team. As a key TLR holder, you will:

• Drive data analysis and intervention planning, ensuring strategies are in place to improve outcomes.
• Support colleagues through instructional coaching and professional development.
• Contribute to curriculum planning and KS4 strategy, ensuring clarity of intent, implementation, and impact.
• Work closely with the Curriculum Leader of English to monitor progress and implement improvement plans.
• Contribute to Accrington Academy’s Education with Character programme.
