At Accredit Solutions, we're transforming our enterprise accreditation platform into a modern, API-first product ecosystem. As we expand our products, integrations, and global client base, we're looking for a Product Owner (API) to join our growing Product Team in London.

Accredit Solutions delivers market-leading accreditation, workforce, and access management technology to some of the world's most recognised sporting organisations, venues, events, and government agencies. Our clients include Premier League clubs, international sporting federations, major entertainment events, and large-scale public events across the UK, Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Australia.

As Product Owner (API), you'll sit at the intersection of product, technology, operations, and customer needs. You'll be responsible for turning business requirements, client needs, and technical challenges into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and documentation. A major focus of the role will be helping define and deliver scalable APIs, integrations, and system-to-system workflows that support a wide range of customers and use cases. Working closely with Product, Development, QA, Client Services, and customer-facing teams, you'll help drive product improvements from discovery through to release and ongoing optimisation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own product requirements from discovery through delivery and post-release review
  • Translate business and integration requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Manage and refine product backlog items to ensure development readiness
  • Collaborate with developers, QA teams, stakeholders, and clients throughout the product lifecycle
  • Define and document API requirements, data flows, integration logic, and system behaviours
  • Support testing, UAT, release planning, documentation, and product adoption
  • Create workflows, process maps, diagrams, and supporting product documentation
  • Gather user and stakeholder feedback to shape future roadmap priorities

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

  • Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar experience within SaaS or technology environments
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery and software development processes
  • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into practical solutions
  • Experience working closely with development and QA teams

Highly Desirable

  • Experience with APIs, integrations, middleware, or system-to-system workflows
  • Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, permissions, and error handling
  • Experience documenting data mappings, integration requirements, and business logic
  • Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Postman, Swagger, and Lucidchart
  • Experience within SaaS, enterprise software, event technology, access control, or workforce management platforms

What Success Looks Like

You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Enjoy solving complex business and technical problems
  • Can confidently work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Are detail-oriented and highly organised
  • Like turning ambiguity into clear, actionable plans
  • Balance customer-specific requirements with scalable product thinking
  • Enjoy working across multiple initiatives simultaneously

Why Join Us?

  • Global clients across sport, entertainment, and government sectors
  • Hybrid working model (up to 40% remote)
  • Birthday day off plus 25 days annual leave
  • Company pension and benefits package
  • Opportunity to contribute to a major product transformation programme
  • Collaborative, supportive, and fast-growing team environment

Location & Package

  • Brixton, London (Hybrid)
  • Up to £50,000 per annum
  • Full-time | Permanent
