Accredible, the world’s leading digital credential platform, is seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to join our growing marketing team. As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for our marketing lead data and seamless execution across marketing channels—helping the broader team scale efficiently and make smarter decisions.
What you’ll be doing
- Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring lead quality and data accuracy that fuels both marketing campaign execution and our sales pipeline. This role requires the utmost attention to detail, strong analytical skills (Excel experience is a must), and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Database Management: Create and manage lead lists through database segmentation, data enrichment, lead scoring and more. Maintain data quality and review feedback from lead qualification rates to continually build higher quality lead lists. Creatively generate new ideas for focused lead lists which are likely to lead to a high qualification rate.
- Lead Routing and Management: Partner with the Business and Systems Intelligence team to ensure timely and accurate distribution of leads to the sales team.
- Campaign Execution: Partner with the Demand Generation team to execute campaigns including segmentation, campaign workflows, form creation, uploading lead lists, and pre-launch testing. Manage day-to-day operations, support, and maintenance of marketing systems including user provisioning, maintaining integrations, training and troubleshooting. Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including demand generation, sales, business systems and intelligence, and customer success, to align on segmentation and prioritization of leads.
What we’re looking for
- Demonstrated Marketing Operations experience.
- Experience with Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce or Hubspot required.
- B2B Tech or EdTech experience preferred.
- Expertise with Excel to analyze and review data using V‑Lookup and pivot tables.
- Proficient with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail) and Asana (or other project management software).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
- Results‑oriented and accountable; must take ownership of all assigned responsibilities and adhere to deadlines.
- Efficient and effective meeting management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Skills / Experience
- Experience managing or supporting webinars using Zoom Webinars, ideally in collaboration with content or demand generation teams.
- Familiarity with Oracle Eloqua.
