Salary: £62-68k We are hiring for a Project Manager-level role to lead the successful delivery of complex engineering and manufacturing projects within a highly regulated, technology-driven environment.
The role will oversee the full project lifecycle from bid and proposal stage through to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Quality and Commercial teams, the successful candidate will manage customer relationships, project governance, risk management, and commercial performance while driving continuous improvement across project delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities Project Delivery Lead the planning, execution and delivery of multiple engineering projects and programmes.
Manage project schedules, resources, budgets and deliverables.
Ensure projects are delivered against contractual milestones and customer expectations.
Drive project governance through stage-gate reviews and structured reporting.
Identify, manage and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.
Lead change control processes and manage project scope effectively.
Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to achieve project objectives.
