We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our Sales Team, working closely with both sales and design functions to drive growth, build lasting client relationships, and deliver best-in-class project outcomes. The role is responsible for business generation, commercial performance, client relationship management, and project delivery from enquiry through to installation and aftercare.
Key responsibilities:
- Driving new and repeat business across an existing and expanding client base, taking ownership of commercial outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Attending and leading client meetings, pitches, and site visits, identifying opportunities, and converting leads into projects.
- Owning commercial performance, including revenue growth, profit contribution, and ensuring company GP targets are achieved, through project reconciliation.
- Managing high-value client relationships from enquiry through to installation and aftercare, delivering best-in-class service in line with brand standards.
- Collaborating with design, marketing, procurement, and project teams to ensure opportunities are converted effectively and projects run smoothly.
- Leading by example in systems, processes, and CRM usage, maintaining accurate documentation and promoting best-in-class standards across the team.
- Tracking competitor activity and market trends to ensure the business remains innovative and ahead of the competition.
- Lead weekly team meetings and 1:1s, reviewing KPIs, and setting S.M.A.R.T. actions to drive team performance.
- Supporting and mentoring colleagues where appropriate, fostering professional development and a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
- Contributing to strategic initiatives, including process improvements, supplier engagement, and marketing plan alignment.

About You:
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Managerial experience or proven mentoring and training capability
- Maintains professional conduct and standards appropriate to a fastâpaced, designâled business.
