Overview:

Our company is London’s fastest growing portfolio of international award-winning brands. We deliver world-class interior design services to a global client base and have multiple services available depending on individual scope and requirements.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be part of the Marketing Team, working closely with our social media and graphic design and PR functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in graphic design, social media, and marketing within a luxury design environment.

Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Assisting with the creation of social media content across multiple brands.
  • Supporting the planning, scheduling, and publishing of social media content.
  • Assisting with filming content for social media channels.
  • Creating and updating simple graphic design assets for internal communications, brand literature, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Assisting with the creation and distribution of email campaigns using Mailchimp.
  • Supporting the creation of blog content and digital marketing collateral.
  • Designing monthly email campaigns and blog pages.
  • Assisting with website content creation, updates, and maintenance across Squarespace, Shopify, and other digital platforms.
  • Monitoring brand personality and competitor activity.
  • Researching design, social media, and industry trends.
  • Assisting and co-ordinating PR marketing campaigns, including event planning and award entries.
  • Assisting with photoshoot planning and coordination.
  • Supporting the marketing team with ad-hoc creative and administrative tasks.
  • Helping maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Ensuring brand guidelines accuracy in all outputs and adhere to company values, policies, and processes.

Requirements

  • A passion for graphic design, marketing, and social media.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • A positive attitude and proactive approach to work.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A positive work ethic combined with the ability to work in a fluid, collaborative environment with excellent communication skills to understand the briefs given and update teams on their projects.
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to take on additional tasks to support a growing business.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Interest in luxury brands, interiors, design, or property is advantageous.
  • A degree or diploma in a creative discipline such as Graphic Design, Interiors, Fashion, Photography, Fine Art, Visual Communication, or a related subject.
