The Role
In this newly created role we’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to drive AccountsIQ's digital growth strategy and deliver measurable marketing ROI. Reporting directly to the CMO, this position oversees all aspects of performance marketing and digital acquisition channels including paid media, search, social affiliates, and review sites. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS marketing and be confident managing campaigns, budgets, forecasts, and people in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, brand visibility and pipeline growth.
- Supporting and guiding the Digital Marketing Manager to consistently provide best-in-class delivery.
- Overseeing paid media campaigns across Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta and other platforms; optimising performance and spend efficiency.
- Managing review site strategies (e.g. G2, Capterra, Software Advice) to boost visibility, engagement and lead generation.
- Creating the affiliate marketing channel for AccountsIQ.
- Overseeing SEM activity and strategies leveraging DV360 and Google Ads tools to maximise performance.
- Advising the Senior Growth Marketing Manager to align brand and demand-generation campaigns.
- Developing and overseeing multi-channel marketing campaigns that effectively blend brand-building and demand-generation strategies.
- Establishing forecasting and reporting frameworks tracking key metrics (e.g. CAC, ROAS, and LTV) to measure success.
- Analysing data and trends to identify opportunities for optimisation and innovation across digital channels.
- Owning day-to-day management of the digital marketing budget to ensure effective allocation and ROI accountability.
- Championing innovation, testing new platforms, technologies and creative approaches to stay ahead of the curve.
What you’ll need
- 7 years experience in digital or performance marketing within a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Proven expertise in paid search, paid social and programmatic advertising with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience in managing review sites and affiliate strategies to drive quality leads.
- High proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot and campaign management tools.
- Strategic and hands-on, able to balance long-term vision with day-to-day execution.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- A results-driven, innovative and proactive approach thriving in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
- Ability to travel regularly, including traveling to events and our offices in Dublin and London.
