We know what great looks like. Do you? AccountingCPD is one of the leading online CPD platforms for accounting professionals; and we're growing. We're looking for a B2B Marketing Manager who loves the freedom to lead, works brilliantly alongside collaborative and curious minds, and understands exactly how great marketing drives business growth. This is a role for someone who's ready to own it from day one.
What you'll be doing
- You'll lead B2B marketing strategy and execution for AccountingCPD; building quarterly plans, breaking them into scheduled tasks, and driving execution whilst keeping a close eye on performance data across every activity.
- You'll translate strategy into action, digital into physical and back again, and present your thinking (in summary or in detail) clearly and at short notice.
- You'll plan and potentially host events.
- You'll work across CRM platforms, automation tools, and whatever the digital landscape throws at you, making confident calls on what's possible and then making it happen.
- You'll work within an eight-person marketing team that operates across both B2B and B2C, reporting directly to the Marketing Director.
- You'll be working alongside a talented team, with the opportunity to build and lead your own B2B function as the business grows.
What we're looking for
- You have at least seven years of B2B marketing experience and a track record that proves it. Not in an adjacent field, in B2B marketing specifically. You've built plans, executed them, measured them, and stood in front of people to defend them with data.
- You think in systems. When someone asks you whether something is possible with the tools available, you can give a confident, reasoned answer on the spot (and then go and build it). WordPress, Zapier, CRM platforms, and marketing automation are tools you're already at home with. You don't just use them, you design with them.
- You're as comfortable in a room full of people as you are in a spreadsheet. Events don't intimidate you. Data doesn't intimidate you. Presenting to senior stakeholders doesn't intimidate you.
- Commercially, you get it. You know which activities move the needle, you prioritise with purpose, and you back every decision with clarity and evidence.
- And beyond all of that, you're someone the team will look up to. Not because of your title, but because of how you show up.
This role is probably not for you if: You've spent most of your career in sales, events, or a single-channel specialism. We respect those backgrounds enormously; they're just not what this particular role needs.
What we offer
- A starting salary of £45,000, a hybrid working arrangement built around the team rather than a rigid policy, a supportive team of true professionals, and a genuine opportunity to shape and grow the B2B function of a business that's been trusted by accounting professionals for over fifteen years.
If this sounds like the role you've been waiting for, we'd love to hear from you.
