Accountancy Recruit is partnering with a food and beverage business, experiencing growth and based in Coalville, in the recruitment of a Finance Manager / Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. The purpose of the role is to maintain the financial records for a 2.5 million turnover business with precision, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. Reporting to the Managing Director this role will grow with the business and facilitate the development of your career. You will join a collaborative team, passionate about contributing to the overall success of the business and experience genuine team spirit. This is a sole charge office-based role 75% of which you will take ownership of the accounting function and 25% of which will be assisting the Managing Director. Initially bringing the accounts and payroll function in house, there will be the opportunity to remodel and update systems and processes, to support the needs of the business and achieve maximum efficiency.
