Our client, a forward thinking, established firm of Chartered Accountants are seeking a Portfolio Manager to join their team in Chichester. This role has arisen due to expansion and will involve being responsible for your own mixed portfolio of clients, dealing with all aspects of their accounts.
Key duties:
- Managing a portfolio of small and medium sized companies in various sectors
- Providing excellent service to your clients; being their point of contact for day-to-day queries
- Preparing and reviewing a wide range of accounts
- Building long lasting client relationships
- Building productive relationships with team members and colleagues, adopting a collaborative working approach
- Working to deadlines and within budget
You will also liaise with clients regularly, ensuring all their demands are met and reviewing their records. You will ideally hold a professional qualification such as ACCA/ACA or equivalent and have at least 2-3 years post qualification UK accounts experience in practice. A good working knowledge of software such as Xero, Sage and QuickBooks would be an advantage. The firm offers flexible working, as well as excellent benefits and prospects.
