Our client, a forward thinking firm of Chartered Accountants are seeking a Junior Digital Accountant/Digital Accounts Assistant to join their team in their Portsmouth office. The role will involve supporting the Senior Digital Accountant with:
- Client onboarding
- Bookkeeping tidy-ups
- Bank feeds
- Bank rules
- Document capture
- Dext/Xero Files support
- Routine queries
- General digital accounting administration
You will ideally have a solid accounts/bookkeeping background in practice, with good communication skills and a strong knowledge of cloud accounting systems. Experience of Xero, QuickBooks, Dext, Fathom and AI or other headline accounting/bookkeeping platforms would be an advantage.
This is an excellent opportunity with a professional firm offering good benefits and prospects. The role could also be worked on a hybrid basis after an initial probationary period.
