Our client, an established, forward thinking firm of Chartered Accountants are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their expanding team in Fareham, Hampshire.
The role will managing your own mixed portfolio of clients, dealing with their bookkeeping, preparing accounts, invoicing and maintaining financial records.
Duties include:-
- Bookkeeping for clients on a monthly/quarterly basis
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Management accounts and annual accounts
- Provide clients with training and support on the use of Xero, Sage and QuickBooks
You will ideally have at least 2 years UK practice experience with a client facing background and hold a professional bookkeeping qualification such as AAT or studying towards this.
A strong working knowledge of accounting software such as Xero, Sage and QuickBooks would also be an advantage.
