Job Description We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of the day to day finance function within a growing organisation. This is a hands on role managing a small finance team and overseeing the full finance cycle, from invoicing and credit control through to management accounts, cash flow and reporting. Key responsibilities: Manage and develop a small finance team Oversee AP, AR, invoicing and credit control Manage payroll and cash flow Produce management accounts and financial reports Support budgeting and forecasting Oversee bank reconciliations and bookkeeping Liaise with external accountants Maintain strong financial controls and accurate records Identify and improve finance processes The ideal candidate will have: Previous Finance Manager or similar experience Strong end-to-end finance experience Experience across AP, AR, credit control and management accounts Good knowledge of payroll, cash flow and budgeting Experience managing or supervising a small team Strong Excel and accounting systems skills Xero experience would be advantageous ACCA, CIMA, ACA or AAT would be advantageous This is a great opportunity for a hands-on finance professional looking for genuine ownership of a finance function within a growing organisation.
